本中心是面向国家重大战略需求组建的前沿科研平台，中心以“精准治疗”和“临床价值”双轮驱动，聚焦创新药物的源头创新与转化应用，围绕新靶点发现、新疗法探索、新结构构建三大创新维度，致力于突破制约创新药物研发的关键技术瓶颈。本中心深度聚焦抗感染药物、抗肿瘤药物、免疫调节药物（自身免疫性疾病）等方向，重点攻克先导化合物的发现与智能化设计、基于结构生物学的理性设计等核心技术，产出一批标志性创新药成果。本中心还汇聚了以中国药科大学教授专家为核心的技术支撑与服务咨询的专家人才库，为建设项目技术研发和平台服务提供强有力的技术支撑和丰富的人才资源。

This innovative drug center is a forefront research platform established in alignment with the significant strategic requirements of the nation. Driven by the dual forces of "precision treatment" and "clinical value", the center focuses on the original innovation and transformative application of innovative drugs. It centers on three innovative dimensions: the discovery of new targets, the exploration of new therapeutic approaches, and the construction of new structures, with the aim of surmounting the key technical bottlenecks that constrain the research and development of innovative drugs. The center intensively focuses on domains such as anti-infective drugs, anti-tumor drugs, and immunomodulatory drugs (for autoimmune diseases), and prioritizes the breakthrough of core technologies like the discovery and intelligent design of lead compounds and rational design based on structural biology, to generate a batch of landmark innovative drug outcomes. The center also assembles a talent pool of experts for technical support and service consultation, with professors and experts from China Pharmaceutical University as the core, providing robust technical support and abundant human resources for the technological research and development and platform services of the construction project.
