特色中药及天然产物研究中心旨在应用现代科学技术手段，构建病证结合的中医药疗效评价平台，深入挖掘中药及天然产物的药效物质基础和作用机制，研制具有自主知识产权、疗效确切、安全性高、符合中国人生命基因和体质特点的中药新药及大健康产品。本中心聚焦于中药及天然药物新药创制的科技前沿，打造中医药与多学科技术深度交叉融合与转化平台，诠释中医药防治重大慢病的作用特点、调控模式及多成分协同涌现机制，推动中医药在基础理论、临床应用、新药研发和上市药物再评价等方面的创新发展。中心将重点进行特色医院制剂、经典名方、中药复方制剂、天然产物等研究与开发。产出一批标志性成果；服务一批企业，为企业培养一批创新型研发人才。
Introduction to the Research Center for Characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Preparation and Natural Products
Research Center for Characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Preparation and Natural Products,aims to construct multidimensional pharmacodynamics evaluation platform of traditional Chinese medicine combined with diseases and syndrome, to explore its substance basis and mechanism using modern science and technology, and to develop new drugs and health products with independent intellectual property rights, curative effect, high safety, in line with the Chinese life gene and physical characteristics. The center focuses on the key frontier of science and technology related to traditional Chinese medicine and natural medicine, building comprehensive cross innovation and transformation platform of Chinese medicine and natural products, and interpretation of the unique role and regulation mode of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and the synergy mechanism of multiple components, so as to promote traditional Chinese medicine in basic theory, clinical application, new drug research and development and the evaluation of clinical drugs. The center also concentrates on the research and development of characteristic hospital preparations, classic prescriptions, traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations and active natural products, expecting to obtain a batch of landmark achievements and to serve a number of enterprises and train a group of innovative R &D talents.
