中心聚焦特定人群营养代谢特征研究,通过多学科交叉实现“食品+”协同创新,构建特定人群健康产品智慧制造科研服务体系。中心以精准营养调控为核心,重点研发特医特膳食品、常餐化营养基料及药保联用功能基料,突破智能组分优化、绿色生物制造等关键技术。结合多组学联用等技术与中医药“食养食疗”理论,建立多层次营养干预体系,推动传统食养与现代科学融合创新。深化“政产学研用”协同机制,联合高校、医院及企业搭建全产业链技术转化平台,提供技术开发、标准制定及成果孵化服务。中心致力于产出国际领先的原创成果,服务企业,培养人才,打造高端智库参与行业规划,提升我国特定人群健康产业国际竞争力,为“健康中国”提供科技与产业支撑。

The research center focuses on investigating the nutritional and metabolic characteristics of specific populations, realizes “Food+” collaborative innovation through multidisciplinary intersection, and builds a scientific research and service system for intelligent manufacturing of health products tailored to these groups. With precise nutritional regulation as the core, the center focuses on the research and development of foods for special medical purpose, foods for special dietary uses, daily-use nutritional base materials and pharma-nutrition combined functional ingredients, achieving breakthroughs in intelligent component optimization and green bio-manufacturing technologies. By integrating multi-omics technologies with traditional Chinese medicine's dietary therapy principles, the center constructs a multi-level nutritional intervention system that bridges traditional dietary nutrition with modern scientific innovation. Deepening the synergy mechanism of “government, industry, academia, research and application”, the center will cooperate with colleges and universities, hospitals and enterprises to build full-industry-chain technology transfer platforms offering, and provide services of technological development, standardization and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. The center is committed to producing globally leading innovations, supporting enterprises in overcoming technical barriers, cultivating specialized R&D talents, building a high-end think tank to participate in industrial policymaking.
