皮肤健康研究中心旨在集聚美丽健康产业上下游科技力量，推动我国皮肤健康创新技术研究、创新产品开发、创新人才培养、创新产业聚集地的体系构建和国际化发展，力求成为立足无锡并辐射全国的皮肤健康创新中心。中心设置两个平台：皮肤健康产品高端研发平台和皮肤健康与化妆品评价服务公司（CRO）。研发平台重点开展美妆创新原料开发、功效和安全评价、配方制剂及特色递送等研究，积极参与国家标准体系建设，促进我国皮肤健康产业高质量发展。CRO公司定位国际化、规范化、数字化科技服务创新型企业，业务涵盖皮肤健康产品检验检测、原料及产品开发、注册备案等技术服务，提供从研发到市场准入的一体化解决方案。特别是从国际评价新趋势、新方法角度为国内外企业服务，助力品牌提升。

 The Skin Health Research Center aims to gather technological strengths from the upstream and downstream sectors of the beauty and health industry, driving research on innovative skin health technologies, development of innovative products, cultivation of innovative talents, and the establishment of innovation hubs, while promoting international development. It strives to become a skin health innovation center based in Wuxi and radiating its influence nationwide. The center has established two platforms: a high-end R&D platform for skin health products and a skin health and cosmetics evaluation service company (CRO).

The R&D platform focuses on the development of innovative cosmetic raw materials, efficacy and safety evaluation, formulation and delivery systems, and actively participates in the construction of national standard systems to promote the high-quality development of China's skin health industry.

The CRO company is positioned as an international, standardized, and digitalized technology service innovation enterprise. Its business covers testing and inspection of skin health products, raw material and product development, registration, and filing services, providing integrated solutions from R&D to market access.
