研究院依托中国药科大学药学学科优势和雄厚的人才储备，整合多学科资源组建起"产学研医"深度融合的创新矩阵。现汇聚由院士、国家重大人才工程专家领衔的跨学科团队，成员涵盖医学、药学、中药学、免疫学、材料科学与工程等核心领域，形成"基础-临床-转化"全链条研发能力。现有科研人员中，高级职称x人（正高级x人，副高级x人），占比达65%，其中包括国务院特殊津贴专家x人、国家级高层次人才和青年人才x人、省部级人才x人，x人入选国家药监局审评专家库。秉承"开放创新、协同共生"的发展理念，研究院持续吸纳具有药品/医疗器械/化妆品/功能性食品跨领域研发经验的复合型人才，构建"双聘制+项目制"柔性引才机制，致力于建成国内领先、国际知名的生命健康和创新药物研究人才汇集地。

Relying on the pharmaceutical discipline strengths and abundant talent reserves of China Pharmaceutical University, the research institute has integrated multidisciplinary resources to establish an innovative matrix featuring deep integration of "industry, academia, research, and medicine".  It now brings together an interdisciplinary team led by academicians and experts from the National Major Talent Project, with members covering core fields such as medicine, pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine, immunology, materials science and engineering, forming a full-chain R&D capability from "basic research to clinical application and translation".  Among the current scientific researchers, there are x senior titles (x with the highest seniority and x with deputy seniority), accounting for 65%. This includes x experts with special allowances from the State Council, x national-level high-level talents and young talents, x provincial and ministerial talents, and x individuals selected into the National Medical Products Administration's review expert pool.  Adhering to the development philosophy of "open innovation and collaborative coexistence", the research institute continues to attract composite talents with cross-disciplinary R&D experience in pharmaceuticals/medical devices/cosmetics/functional foods, establishing a flexible talent introduction mechanism of "dual-appointment system + project system", and is committed to building a leading domestic and internationally renowned hub for life health and innovative drug research talents.
